Returns, complaints and repairs
Return conditions
You can register the return of your order from our webshop andy-wolf.com or store.andy-wolf.com within 14 days of receipt directly via one of our return portasl.
- Returnportal for returns from Austria or Germany
- Returnportal for returns from France
To do this, you will need the invoice number from your parcel and your zip code. You can use this information to register on one of our return portals.
- Fill out the form and state the reason for your return.
- If the product is defective, upload a photo of the defect. This will enable our webshop team to process your complaint as quickly as possible.
- As soon as you have submitted the form, our webshop team will take care of your request.
- You will receive a return label by email – please note that this may take a moment and please check as well your spam folder.
- If you return one of our sunglasses, please note that we can only give you a full refund if they are in their original condition. Enclose the sunglasses, the case, the cleaning cloth and, above all, the polybag with the label with your return shipment. Print out the return label and attach it to your parcel. You are welcome to use the cardboard box you received from us.
- Post the parcel at a UPS shipping point.
- As soon as we have received your return, we will refund you the amount. You will be informed by email.
- Please understand that we will only cover the costs of return shipping in the event of a complaint. If you have any questions, please contact our webshop team.
Complaints
If you have purchased your sunglasses in the webshop at andy-wolf.com or store.andy-wolf.com, the warranty for material defects is 24 months. This applies if the sunglasses have defects that are due to material or production faults.
The warranty does not apply to
– Scratches or dents on lenses or frames
– Damage caused by your own fault or by others (e.g. dropping or sitting on them)
– Discoloration or breakage of parts
– Losing, breaking off or loosening of nose pads and pad arms
– If the sunglasses are crooked
– If the sunglasses are too loose
– Signs of use and/or damage
– The accessories that come with your sunglasses
For optimal fitting, optical and glazing services, we recommend only selected partner optical stores https://andy-wolf.com/storefinder. Andy Wolf cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by fitting or glazing by unauthorized retailers or opticians. This may invalidate your product warranty.
